How to Order
Products will be processed after a 50% down payment (DP) of the subtotal cost has been made.
If we do not receive the payment within 3 days after the Invoice is sent, your order will be considered canceled.
If the buyer unilaterally cancels the order during or after the production process, the down payment will be forfeited as compensation for the product being produced.
1. Invoice
Please select the products we offer according to the type, color, and model you prefer, and add them to your Cart/Shopping Cart.
Review the products you have added to your Cart/Shopping Cart.
Fill in your Name, Address, and WhatsApp Number on the Checkout page.
Once completed, please select place order to initiate your product order.
We will send your order Invoice along with the shipping cost via WhatsApp to reconfirm your order.
For products with upholstery, such as sofas and chairs, we will send the available types and colors via WhatsApp. Please select the type and color you want.
The printed Invoice will be sent together with the product after production is completed via our shipping service.
The Invoice is binding regarding the price and product specifications, which cannot be changed once the production process has started.
The Invoice also holds full legal authority as proof and a valid transaction document that can be accounted for to the relevant authorities.

- Full payment (including shipping costs) must be made once the product has been completed and is ready to be shipped via the delivery service.
- If the buyer does not make the full payment, the product will not be delivered to the destination.

5. Shipping Cost
- The determination of shipping costs is based on the delivery address and the product that has been confirmed with the agreed expedition/shipping provider between the buyer and the seller
- There will be no additional shipping charges of any kind other than those stated on the invoice, and the shipping cost is fixed and non-adjustable, except in the event of communication misunderstandings, such as:
Difficult access to the delivery location, resulting in additional charges based on local transportation rates, such as deliveries to main/protocol roads or restricted/forbidden areas, truck access restrictions, or narrow roads.
On-site installation costs involving the expedition or delivery service, such as the installation of furniture.
6.Production Process
Ready stock products will be packaged and shipped promptly to the delivery address.
Pre-order products will be processed with an estimated production time of approximately 1.5–3 months.
Products currently in production will be continuously updated, and we will provide information and documentation in the form of product photos during the production process via WhatsApp.
7. Post-Production
- We are not responsible for the ordered products if, within a period of six (6) months after the products have been completed, the shipping process has not taken place due to unilateral loss of communication from the buyer.
